The whole team was great, but especially the person working behind reception. They were excellent and I couldn’t praise them enough.

Nothing. There was some waiting but this was a Sunday afternoon and having realistic expectations, I was seen promptly, well looked after and despite being in a lot of pain with low mobility, it was as pleasant an experience as i could have had

I often have to use the wound clinic at Fleetwood walk in service. It does not matter what time or why I attend the staff are amazing. You can tell they all enjoy their job as that shines through.
Amazing service run by amazing people.

Very pleasant efficient staff, not long waiting time.

No after care apart from keep taking pain killers was offered, I don’t know if I should strap the injury up or just leave it free, that would have been useful.
